Established in January 2013, Hearns Real Estate Solutions is experienced in providing land acquisition, relocation, and noise mitigation services. We work diligently to provide our expertise to airports, state highway departments, construction firms, energy companies, railroads, utilities, engineering firms, municipalities and county governments around the country.
The firm’s founder, Marvin Hearns, believes in excellence and integrity. His passion has led him to build the foundation for a value-based company. He aims to provide consistently professional and premium services to his clients.

The company’s Land Acquisition/Relocation Agents are thoroughly proficient in the application of the Federal guidelines established in the Uniform Relocation and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 (Public Law 91-646, as amended – URA), and the implementation of regulations as outlined in 49 CFR2. We understand the complications that come with keeping projects on schedule and on budget. Our Agents have been trained to analyze budgets, maintain schedules, set goals and objectives, and coordinate these planning tools with successful community relations for effective program management.
